The conference languages are English and Serbian (except for the LANG5 session which also accepts submissions in French), for 15-minute presentations followed by 5 minutes of discussion time. Detailed technical guidelines regarding this aspect of the conference will be sent by the end of March 2024. If you would like to participate, please fill in the registration form available HERE.


Submitted abstracts will be reviewed and assessed according to their compatibility with the conference topic, academic merit, topic originality, approach and research. Notification of acceptance will be sent by the middle of December 2023. A selection of papers will be published after the conference, in two peer-reviewed academic journals, Teme (M23) in English only, and Philologia Mediana (M51) - both English and Serbian. A single author can submit only one abstract, either for a single-authored or a co-authored paper, with no more than two co-authors.


Early Bird discount for Conference Fee Payments per author/co-author (until 20th January): 70 EUR (8.200 RSD)

Regular Conference Fee per author/co-author: 90 EUR (10.600 RSD)

PhD Student Conference Fee per author/co-author: 50EUR (5.900 RSD)

Payment deadline: 1st March 2024.

Due to the dynamics of preparation and publication of Book of Abstracts, payments arriving after deadline will be returned and participant application automatically retracted.


The Dinner Fee is optional and payable at the registration desk on Conference day only in dinars: 2500 RSD 

A questionnaire will be forwarded to confirmed participants two weeks prior to LLI 2024. 


The Conference Fee includes a conference pack per participant, refreshments and snacks throughout the day, lunch at the Faculty premises.

The Conference Fee covers the costs of conference production, including the Book of Abstracts, conference materials, printing costs, as well as use of Faculty premises and resources.


Payment information will be forwarded to authors upon acceptance of submission.
